The King of Diamonds

An attractive 19 year old girl is found dead just outside her apartment building one morning, following a fierce driving rainstorm. The next day, her killer, proclaiming himself as The King of Diamonds, publicly taunts the police force, promising that more young beautiful women will die, and dares them to try to stop him. Despite the best efforts of Detectives Tess Madigan and Donovan Mathews, who lead the investigation, more beautiful young women are destined to fall victim to the maniac who goes by the name of The King of Diamonds. Tess Madigan and Donovan are the best detectives in the Homicide Division. If they can't stop this crazed killer, how many women will die before his blood lust is satisfied?
