The Hunter of the Dead - and the Kiss of Persephone - is an erotic, epic retelling of the myth of Hades and Persephone that goes far beyond their origins. A petty act of malice by Zeus leads to a fateful encounter between Persephone and Hades beside a golden meadow. Persephone becomes Queen of the Underworld and the spirit of spring's rebirth.
