Robert was raised by the Druids on the Isle of Inis Mona, and after they sent him to the highlands of Scotland, he received harsh military training. They were preparing him for something big—he had always known it.
In the Eastan, ancient evil is growing. A dark god has ties to Robert's bloodline. Corruption has already taken over the political powers of most of Europe, and now the Eye, a green sphere of living fire, makes his move to take physical form.
When Robert and his loyal companion, Barret, are sent to mainland Europe to put his hereditary enemy down once and for all, they are joined by various rangers, people who live outside the law of the tyrannical Wanderers. Red war is already upon Europe, with the Eye and his evil servants spreading their corruption, even to the New World.
