About This Book

This is a fictional murder mystery that takes place near Waycross, Georgia, in a rural, agricultural area of south Georgia. The story revolves around a young couple, Jonah and Sarah Covington, who are starting their life together on a farm owned by Abner Hall. Abner's wife, Janice Hall, is murdered and a search is made of the area around the farm for her or her body. Because of the anguish and distress of losing his wife, Abner Hall commits suicide. The story takes a new twist with the appearance of a ghost on several occasions. Jonah becomes a deputy sheriff solving the crime and freeing the ghost from this world. The story takes many turns throughout the book keeping the reader in suspense.
