THE FLAME IN EXILE--

Marsellus DeMarian was the Aristok of Branion, rightful ruler of the kingdom by virtue of both birth and the power of the Living Flame contained within him. Yet Marsellus had betrayed his heritage, cleaving to the Essusiate religion and denying the Flame's power.

But now Llewellynne ap Rowena, both a fighting Prince and a Seer in the neighboring kingdom of Gwyneth, has been granted a Flame vision of herself bearing a child of the Aristok's, a child who will become the new vessel of the Living Flame, a child who can lead the Triarctic forces to victory in Branion.

Llewellynne succeeds in transforming the vision into reality, giving birth to a son named Rhys. And the forces of Gwyneth begin their preparations, waiting for the day when Rhys will claim his heritage. For with the power of the Flame and the aid of his younger brother Llewen, is there any doubt that Rhys will triumph?
