It is the year 2029, and the Go-Cart Gang is gone. The last in a long line of heroic vigilante groups to defend the town of Woodvale has retired. In the two years since their final battle, a calm has descended over the Prattcorn Valley that seems permanent.In this new era, Mark Daley, a sophomore at Woodvale High, continually aids his friend Lyle in his crazy schemes to become famous. Finally fed up, Mark sets out on his own and finds new friends who make him happier than ever. He is then content to forget his old life.However, Lyle's plans are still in the works, and they may yet force Mark to remember.
