It's pledge week for the fraternities of Mantis College in Sweet River, Alabama, and the rites of passage for those seeking membership in the Alpha and Omega houses involve more than pranks and hazing. The pledges must be willing to surrender their humanity--and choose between embracing all everlasting life has to offer, or succumbing to their darkest and most brutal urges.

They must be willing to become vampires.

The rivalry between Alpha and Omega houses is as old as the immortal beings that dwell within. But this time the Omegas have gone too far.
