The Evil Tribute

Harmony Miller had lived in Ashton, Texas all of her life. It was a small northeast Texas town where nothing ever happened. Then one memorable week everything changed. Not only did the Mayor turn up dead but one of the City Councilmen was shot. What was happening to the quiet little town that Harmony thought she knew? What made it worse was she was the number one suspect. Sheriff Geoffrey Harper wanted to believe Harmony was innocent. After all he didn't want to think he had fallen in love with a cold blooded killer. But no one in the little east Texas town knew what was going on. At least they wouldn't tell him if they did. All he could find out was that no one was surprised that Mayor Sloane was murdered. How was he going to prove Harmony's innocence and find the real killer before he struck again for the third time.
