Bessie Cubbon is surprised and disappointed when she learns that Andrew Cheatham isn't going to be staying in the holiday cottage next to her home on Laxey Beach when he visits the island in February. For the next week of cold case unit meetings, he's decided to stay in a hotel in Ramsey.
