The Dryad's Forest

After he finds a dragon's egg and accidentally hatches it, Orson is flung into a quest that he doesn't know he's on to find someone he doesn't know he has to find in order to right a great wrong done by someone who didn't really think about what he was doing – and along the way he finds out he's not who he thinks he is.



When Orson arrives in Woodside he discovers that the dryads who have lived in the forest for centuries are being killed by the new Provost as penalty for vandalising the town. A young dryad, Darwei, pleads for Orson's help to save his people and clear them of the charges laid against them – and he is prepared to risk his own life to prove their innocence.
