The Dead Sea Souls

This is the accurate record of the Last Helmsman. My log verifies the accounts of five disturbed souls who escape a genocide, and release their mutterings for the ship's log. As Head of the Last Watch, I not only sail across blackest night, but I enter the abysmal darkness of the minds of the rescued. I shelter my family from these stories. They need protection. They are weak from seeing the crushing weight of great peril. About the end? We aren't blown up in a bang, nor do we fade away in fizzle. It but comes as the Inspired-Horrible, havoc their reek and disgust upon the screaming. I now give this accurate story and logbook of endurance to show that Evil turns on itself in that final dark hour before the return of God. I give it to you because what we know in our hearts will save us. And just because it is our future, it doesn't mean we have to share in the terror.
