The Counterfeit Killers

A multi-million pound counterfeit fashion operation with money-making international connections has moved into the Scottish crime scene, and has prospered as it has spread. That is, until the arrival of a rival group calling themselves The Cutters, who have brutal plans to take over. The Cutters rule by fear. Detective Superintendent Colin Thane of the elite Scottish Crime Squad is given the task of smashing The Cutters. At first, he finds it hard to accept as a genuine priority -- he already has his own worries, from a mislaid bank-raid witness to problems caused by promotions within his team of detectives.
