The City Beyond Memory

The Keeper's travelers have finally crossed the gates of the Impassible Wall, only to find that their true journey is only now beginning. Scattered and strewn throughout a sprawling cityscape of featureless gray stone enveloped in a violent and eternal tempest, each of them is faced with a singular task in the Keeper's incomprehensible design. This is the City Beyond Memory. Here, the worlds of the natural, the supernatural and the unnatural overlap and converge, creating a nightmarish reality where the living and the dead and the unknown are thrust together in a perilous and unsolvable labyrinth. From the raw depths of the ancient earth where strange creatures prowl the sunless landscape to the storm-ravaged streets where nightmarish things dwell in the dancing shadows of endless lightning to the dizzying peaks of the mountainous towers piercing the churning sky above the city's heart, anything may be possible. Time itself has little meaning here. But something dark has invaded these endless passageways with them, tipping the scales against the Keeper's Cycle. Can these weary travelers find their destined paths, or will the City Beyond Memory become their eternal tomb?
