The Cat Who Wished To Be A Man

Magician Stephanus knew he shouldn't have given in to his cat's begging, but he did. And now a strangely tawny-haired, green-eyed young man, really Lionel the cat, is happily setting off to town to see what it's like to be a human.

Lionel soon finds that the town of Brightford is full of rogues, eager to cheat an innocent who insists he's a cat. But he also meets the good (and lovely) Mistress Gillian. Life as a human is full of adventure, danger, and emotion. How will he ever fulfill his promise to his master to return and once again be a cat?
