Nurse Kylie Moriarty is in her final month of pregnancy, nut the return of Princess Victoria Sheridan from her self-imposed exile exposes Kylie to her mortal enemy, the evil psychic Simon Freznik. Kylie, her husband Steve, and nine other teenagers are kidnapped and forced to play a dangerous game. But an unexpected outbreak of ghoul disease causes Freznik to lose control of his own game and forces he and Kylie to work together. Only Kylie stands a chance at finding a cure for this disease, before it's too late. It also reveals to Kylie who her true enemy has actually been all this time as he races toward Callistor, bent on claiming its power as his own.
