The Bear's Confession

Far away from his native snowcapped mountains and salmon filled ponds, a roaming bear sought solace in the shadows of the human race. As the bear struggled to find peace with the two-leggeds he discovered his greatest love and desire for meatballs, pizza and gin. Along his journey he learned an important lesson about alienation, trust and empathy. This is the personal confession of a bear who, once upon a time, made national news headlines and shocked the public. Upon meeting this bear a few years ago, he insisted his story be told in fictional translation by the author - and so here it is - translated from Ursus Arctos.
