The Beach Bags

Flora BeGora has reappeared. She has a knack for getting involved in things--things she shouldn't get involved in, things that are dangerous and hair raising. Now she has again stumbled onto something, but what on earth is it? It all starts with a really nasty experience followed by a series of unexplainable events that begin piling up. She seems to be the victim of something, but what is it? Who is doing it? And Flora, true to herself, can't leave well enough alone despite the danger to herself and others. This story is set in quirky small-town Port BreeZe with a return of many of the characters from the past including Flora's talkative friend Thalia, her taciturn brother Walter, her on again off again friendship with Bill Hill, and her cop friend and neighbor, Laurie Stevenson, who diligently tries to steer her off "the case."
