Someone at the financially stressed Riverside General Hospital seems to have forgotten the edict "First do no harm." It begins when forensic pathologist Dr. Calista Marley, her physician husband Plato, and six other division chiefs are ordered to attend a morale-building conference at rugged Camp Success!, Cleveland's own "corporate boot camp" in the woods. The miserable weekend soon has them all seeing red, and the CEO going into shock -- anaphylaxis, to be precise--a fatal allergic response. An accident? Possibly.

But when a second suspicious "accident" results in the D.O.A. of another M.D.. Cal's autopsy uncovers evidence of murder. The symptoms of foul play are as clear as the apparent motive: solve the cash flow crisis by downsizing Riverside's staff. But the diabolically clever operation has just begun. As the Riverside chiefs begin dying one by one, Cal and Plato start fearing for their own lives. Because this cunning killer won't stop until there are none....
