Temporary Monsters

Much to his surprise, when Lenny Hodge answers a help wanted ad for a temp agency called Terrifitemps!, he's hired on the spot. He finds out pretty quickly, however, (the day he reports to work) that Terrifitemps! is more than simply…unusual. It might well control the universe—and it's under attack from The Forces of Evil. Lenny's first assignment is to save the world, with the help of a team that includes a morose ghost hunter, a vampire with mother issues, a psychic who's right almost fifty percent of the time, and an overly friendly pooka named Bob the Horse.

It's about as far away from part-time filing as Lenny can imagine—but it just may be the job he was born to do.
