About This Book

Book 1: First and foremost, this is a work of fiction. May you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it. The characters, even though some of them were drawn from the Bible, are still fictitious and none of them reflect on anyone currently living in this century.

Second, the Bible, by its very nature becomes a primary source and central theme when writing about angels. However, I am neither a preacher nor a Sabbath or Sunday schoolteacher and have therefore deliberately avoided using this book as a pulpit.

Third, angels are mentioned two hundred and ninety four times in the Bible. They have individual wills as evidenced by how many of them followed Lucifer. They can make mistakes as evidenced by the verse in the Bible about our judging them someday. They are not gods as evidenced by their own denial. The Bible says angels were given charge over us, and that they fight to protect us from demonic forces as well as dangers in the physical world. It is my assumption that they get angry, laugh, cry, and make mistakes just like you and I. If this bothers your perception of them, I apologize and ask you to read on. You might change your mind.
