The first time Matthew Clearwater, a wide receiver for the Lindon U football team, saw the new, young athletic adviser, Rachel Holloway, he was infatuated. And no amount of professional rejection could deter the shameless flirt despite the obvious rules against them. And because of a scandal that rocked the school's athletic department, new rules were set into stone that prohibited any type of relationship between students and faculty members that would cause more public relations nightmares for the university. But that doesn't stop the growing tensions or temptations between Matthew and Rachel over the years as they form a friendship that turns into so much more.
