About This Book

America is more vulnerable to outside malice than we like to think. It takes a devastating explosion to prove it as fanatics plan an attack-an attack more horrible than any previously attempted in America's long history. These fanatics have one simple endgame: destroy the United States, and they do so by targeting our resources and our energy. The Senate is in an uproar after the Hoover Dam is demolished, knocking out almost all of America's capacity to generate electrical power for the Southwestern grid. This attack will also totally disrupt a major portion of America's agricultural production for years to come. The problem is we never saw it coming, which is what the terrorists were counting on. As the United States government struggles to fight what seems to be an invisible foe, individuals strive to preserve life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. But deceit in our own ranks and terrorists in our own back yard soon join forces with outsiders to destroy America and start World War III. The time for talking about terror is over as terror arrives and we must learn to fight with all we've got.
