Ciara loved singing but when her magical powers manifest in her voice at a very young age, she has to make a very difficult decision to protect the people she cares about. Giving up on a dream is not easy. And her past will come back one day to haunt her. This is a short story from the Yokai Treasures series, starring one of the main characters from Sword and Mirror, a Fantasy Romance novel set in 16th-century Japan (time travel involved!), introducing one of the main characters, Ciara Coleman.
