About This Book

Sister Mary, the Bad Habit: Stop the Traffick - builds on the sins of greed, pride and lust as they unfold in the horrors of trafficking women for pornography and prostitution. A courageous young nun struggles to protect these women and bring the traffickers to justice. The story begins as reformation soldiers burn a thousand year old Catholic monastery in northern England. Four hundred or so years later we meet Sister Mary a very exceptional young professed Catholic religious sister. To set the stage for Sister Mary's adventure a young woman, Mariam is caught up in a human trafficking operation. As Mariam is trafficked to New York and a life of degradation, Sister Mary makes a presentation of the Church's stance against this horror befalling young women. In a chance (or providential) occasion Sister Mary saves the Pope's life. His Holiness learns of her special talents and also of her love of and desire to protect the poor. The Pope offers her an opportunity to use her talents in carrying out special operations on behalf of the poor. From dissimulation to espionage Sister Mary infiltrates the headquarters of the human trafficker's operation. Using prayer, her prior life martial arts and military skills, insight and quick thinking she disrupts and brings to justice an entire human trafficking cartel. More importantly she frees hundreds of women trapped in this bondage. Sister Mary as a true daughter of the Church always strives to live the gospel, frequently confessing her shortcomings.
