Homicide investigator Carter VanDusen has been called in to investigate a series of bizarre deaths that have devastated his hometown of Histonia, New York. Carter is confronted by demons from his past as he tracks a mysterious killer who appears to be acting without logic or reason. The deeper Carter immerses himself within the twisted cases the more baffling they prove to be, and the only key to solving them lies within the warped mind of a teenage boy who has gone insane.
