For homicide detective Damien Scott, the burnt out car at the Chimborazo Park is more than just another case. The victim's been located in the trunk, a silent scream still evident on his face.

Now, Scott has to use all the tools at his disposal to catch a killer, even if the clues are taking him right to the home of a powerful politician. Time is ticking on solving this murder, for the longer it takes to connect the dots, then the more likelihood that the killer will escape justice.
