Stench of Fresh Air

In The Things That Are Not There, private detective Theodore London was battered almost to death by forces from beyond. Now, on his first day out of his recovery bed, Teddy discovers that there is a new evil afoot in New York City. While he's been incapacitated, a coven of vampires has set forces in motion so that they might come forth from the shadows and begin their march toward world domination. Worse yet, London learns that he may have more in common with such forces than he thinks. Armed with only a .38 named Betty and a blade named Veronica, Teddy London gathers those few souls capable of weathering the terror ahead.
