Starflake joins the Deep Space Rangers

When General Chu offered Starflake the position of Deep Space Ranger Cadet she wasn’t certain she was ready to give up her freedom of traveling anywhere in the galaxy without the need of life support. Her fellow cadets harassed her and when she scored the highest rating in her every test, she was forced into hand-to-hand combat with the lead tormentor, Corporal Ogre. While she was training, a deadly force was gathering in a hidden section of the galaxy, a fleet of pirate ships was growing more powerful every day. A spy aboard the Admiral Sun’s flagship was feeding important data to the DSR but her position had become dangerous and the only one the spy trusted to extract her was Starflake because the spy was Star’s fellow Cosmic Sprite, Connie. In order to help her friend, Star was forced to go undercover as a pirate and become the scourge of the spaceways, while a gynoid double of her remained at the DSR Academy. It was uncertain if Admiral Sun would be fooled by the double and even Star realized she might be heading toward certain death.
