A random encounter with an old high school friend changes Jenny's course. Before she can overthink it, she is jet setting off to Hollywood to restart her life. Determined to turn a new leaf, she moves in with Kathy, her high school friend, and decides to get into acting.

But things quickly grow complicated. Torn between her feelings for her agent, Jon, and Rich, a charming bad boy who has ties in the movie industry, Jenny works through her past demons to try to get a grip on her present.
