Gib Taylor, known lifetimes ago as Roland, is the leader of the Paladin; a remnant of the knights that served during Charlemagne's reign. They walk among us today, hidden in plain sight, fighting the evil and dangerous entities of other realms that threaten to enslave and destroy us all. Gib awakens from a coma that he learns is actually a terrible curse placed on him by a mage over a thousand years ago.
