About This Book

This is a morality tale of souls and demons told in a larger than life adventure. It opens with Dr. Gideon Matthews, a shouting, bible bashing lay preacher, giving a sermon on demons and angels and how the appointment of women to senior roles in the church is evidence of the presence of these demons. On his way home after this sermon, he is murdered. Gabriel wakes up in Dr. Matthews' body, and believes he is an angel brought back to earth. Gabriel is overwhelmed by his new body and becomes a 'sinner'. His dreams of a demon become increasingly real and the demon and its servant, a monk, become bolder and attempt to kill him. Gabriel is convinced he has a greater purpose and that he is linked to the demon but will he be able to discover and fulfill his purpose before the demon takes his life and his soul?
