The Milwaukee-based Discrete Inquiries firm is ready to expand. Their CEO, Willard W. Wickham III, feels they should branch out into an area with milder weather. Breeda and Tyronne Garrah have just finished a case that led them into northern Wisconsin. Upon their return they were pleased to be offered the position as joint managers of the new office. After discussing their options all agreed on Arizona's beautiful Valley of the Sun. The Garrah's set up an office in Gilbert, Arizona, and began hiring new employees. Offering security services along the lines of the Milwaukee office, new clients rapidly signed up. They are shocked to run into the same Muslim terrorists they thought were still back in Wisconsin more than two thousand miles away
