Silence of the Knight

Sean and Jody Tisdale are like any other family in the United States today. They love each other and their children, and they were trying to lead a normal way of life when the unthinkable happened. A cold, heartless person came by and snuffed out their light bulb and ruined their dream forever. A well-seasoned and occasionally rule-breaking detective who likes the odds stacked against her, Jamie McAllister, makes protecting the rest of the family her mission. She enlists the help of the one person she's closest enough to in life to almost call her a sister, Assistant District Attorney Joy Fenton. The odds go immensely in Detective McAllister's favor. She tries to bring down the toughest crime boss in New York City and give hope back to a family that has lost all their hope in a flash.
