Shaunessy and a Literary Death; Book 2 of 2

Veteran NYC Police Detective Tom Shaunessy is now more or less at home in his new home. In his second major case there, a significant author residing in his Vista de la Feria, New Mexico is found dead. The Medical Examiner quickly rules it a suicide, officially ending the investigation. Shaunessy has as much respect for officialdom as he does deference to slipshod, scientific expertise, and upsets the apple cart, fully aware that it may be for no discernable purpose other than do his job as he sees it.
