Shadow Walker A Shadow of the Past is a love adventure mystery story that is set in the late seventeen hundreds and the late nineteen hundreds Sissie Carr a young girl of eighteen falls and hits her head She awakes to find herself back in seventeen hundred and ninety four She is captured by the Comanche Indians Peter Peterson a young man of about twenty four comes to her aid His family are traders that trade with the Indians The Peterson family own a trading post not too far from the Indian Village Peter Shadow Walker tries to help Sissie find her family to no avail The chief of the Comanches decides that Sissie is a spirit from a vision he had and tries to keep her Sissie escapes and falls hitting her head again She wakes to find herself in a hospital bed Her doctor is a young intern that could be Shadow Walkers twin Did she really go back in time or was it all a nightmare Will she ever be the same again
