Seduction in Detroit

Someone is taking and murdering lesbian women and then draining them of their blood. Could it be a vampire or someone using the blood to stay young. Detroit police detectives Scott Murphy and his partner Haddy McDougan are tasked with finding the killer before more women disappear only to be found dumped around the city of Detroit. Are the women being seduced into the lair of the killer or being grabbed off the streets. Murphy enlists the aid of a private eye, Art Doyle (from the Doyle series of books) and Doyle's girlfriend, Poppy, has a friend who is lesbian and she agrees to go undercover to help find the killer. Will she help find the killer or will it be a useless attempt? Will Poppy's friend survive if the killer takes her?
