About This Book

There was a time when thunderbirds were more than legend--they were real. Twin brothers, Nate and Rafe Redhawk, seek to separate fact from fiction because their lives and futures depend on knowing the truth. Two potential outcomes lie ahead for each of them: a long mortal life or immortality.

Nate is doing all he can to cheat life, grow old, and die. He is certain they are cursed and he will do everything possible to escape the one thing he truly considers a fate worse than death--immortality. In order to succeed he must never meet the one woman who will condemn him to that existence.

Rafe embraces his destiny and is determined to avoid death. He believes in the legends telling of a time when the thunderbirds will return and be guardians for the people once more. For him, being chosen will be an honor and a blessing, and he will do whatever he can to be worthy of it. He's determined to find the one woman who will ensure that end result.

The three sisters of fate have already set the future in motion and it's bringing something far bigger that either brother can ever imagine. Unknown to them is an ancient fae prophecy, which is tied to the thunderbirds legend--the peace bringer prophecy. Regardless, one brother's dream must become the other brother's nightmare. Choices made by others on Earth and Seelinara will influence the outcome of two worlds, as well as the brother's lives. Failure will bring extinction, while success will save both.
