What if there was a world that spawned or harbored the origins of secret societies? When injured Marine, Cole Mason, unlocks the door to his dead grandfather's past, he and his three friends find out just how secret his grandfather's past turned out to be. Cole knew that the titanium rods in his legs had given him the ability to walk again but he never knew how much they would change his life. One small ring unlocked the secrets of the true old world and those rods broke every law of nature that existed there. The portal to this world, void of metal, transforms Cole and his friends physically and mentally. They must find a way to deal with their own personal issues and get back to their world. They find the birthplace of the Masons, befriend them, and find a solution to their problems. There is just one catch. The Illuminati and Knight's Templar want them dead.
