      Alf Carter and his wife Sally are ageing, impoverished private eyes who are working for a South London Private Eye Agency scraping a living by carrying out the menial jobs they are entrusted with. One day Alf is sent on a 'run of the mill' car repossession to Spain which turns out to be anything other than the norm. He becomes involved in rescuing the teenaged daughter of the lady who runs the Agency and inadvertently carries out a drugs run for the Madrid Mafia whilst being shot at by a religious fanatic.
