Nothing like a little healthy competition to prove who's the best baker and cupcake-maker of the Soulful Bliss family! Soulful Bliss Bakery owner Tia and her apprentice Simone decide to compete in a local Cupcake contest. Tia and Simone are excited for the contest to begin since the winner will procure future bragging rights, and will guarantee to make the workplace a lot more lively. But once the 'bake off' begins it soon becomes apparent that much more is at stake. When competition judge Cassandra, dies at the hands of a tainted cupcake! The poison-pastry is traced back to Simone's batch and authorities tag her as their prime suspect! Tia knows her best friend and employee is one-hundred percent innocent and intends to use every resource at her disposal to prove it.
