Raven

Maeve's simple trip to Scotland is not what she expects. She has been named in a prophecy as the one ot save a mystical world that lies directly next to this one--but Maeve is a twenty-first century girl--how can any of this be true? She finds out on the night of the winter solstice when her great-uncle Brandubh kidnaps her. While trying to get away she clutches the present from her mother--a beautiful moonstone  hanging around her neck. In the next moment she finds herself alone in a n unfamiliar forest in a world she doesn't recognize with no one to show her the way.
