About This Book

Can Natalie Survive a Summer with Her Father?

Natalie might kill her dad, if another heart attack doesn't kill him first.

Determined to get away from the anger she's been holding inside since she was a child, Natalie moves out of state the second she graduates college. Working as a graphic designer by day and shopping on the weekends, she finds herself more and more in debt. When her father has a massive heart attack back home, she has to make a choice: give up her lavish lifestyle and take care of him, or keep running.

But Natalie still blames her father for her parents' divorce, and she doesn't want to move back home—even if it will help her recuperate her checking account. Despite everything she gives up to help him, her father is a miserable pain in the ass, and less than grateful to have her minding him. He insists on convalescing at the campground he's spent every summer at since he was born, dragging Natalie with him. Trading central air for the great outdoors, Natalie is forced to re-examine her relationship with her father—or lose him forever.

Raising Dad is the first novella in a new summer trilogy, the Becoming Natalie series.
