After convening to solidify their battle strategies, Trivallyn's leaders loyal to the found Gods depart from Morvay to return to their own countries and begin preparing for war. In Dargis, Reay and Prince Pavula continue to search for the Neutral God, Terek and the Black Sister sent to destroy him. But when Reay loses her hold over the Evil dragons of Gaal, all those fighting for the found Gods suddenly find themselves vulnerable to the mighty forces of the wizard Clail.
