For retired NYPD detective, James Maguire, hunting Keith Banning was like trying to catch a ghost. In the six months since the two men had first battled to a stalemate, Maguire has spent countless hours chasing down leads and sightings of the elusive serial killer, only to watch them slip away at the very last moment.
