Lord of the SnailsI was minding my own business (napping, eating... more napping), when I was approached with a mysterious case that would throw my world into chaos. A woman needs my help-her boyfriend was kidnapped and murdered, and she believes he orchestrated his own abduction (though not his own murder, obviously).Sure, I'm not technically a licensed investigator-A) I lack opposable thumbs, B) No weapons allowed, and C) I can't even count my fees-but when a case calls, even a cat has to answer.Meanwhile, Odelia is struggling with her upcoming wedding. The guest list keeps growing (eight hundred and counting!) and her tossing and turning at night has led to me and Dooley being kicked off the bed. Not exactly the glamorous life I had in mind, especially when Tex starts acting suspiciously around Marge. A marriage on the rocks, another starting off with a thud, and a murder mystery in between... just another week in the life of this snarky feline investigator!
