Prophecies from a long ago time have come to pass and the Deveraux clan will never be the same. With the coming of the times, a new queen will rise: The queen has come of age and with her rise to the throne her family is thrown into the middle of a war between good and evil. Her son is kidnapped by one of the most powerful vampires alive and it is up to her and the members of the Deveraux clan to save him. The light and the dark bring life to the heart: Angel Browne comes a quite a surprise to one of the Deveraux clan's head vampires. Quinn never realized that he was part of a larger part of the vampire realm but with Angel's appearance, they are thrust into the middle of a family feud that will hit the family close to the heart.
