Portrait Of Vengeance

Elementary school teacher/amateur sleuth Jamie Hamilton immediately suspects foul play when friend and colleague Rebecca Rollman collapses and dies in front of her second-grade class. While poking around in the investigation, Jamie finds a trail of lies and bodies which lead right back to the grieving husband. Thomas Rollman has loved four women in his life. Three of them are dead. Is Thomas Rollman a serial killer as the law enforcement in three cities think, or is he the victim of a twisted plot of revenge? Jamie comes to believe the latter after circumstantial evidence and intuition lead her down a different path from the police. Will she bring her friend's killer to justice or become another unsolved homicide in Thomas Rollman's wake?
