Pewfell #5

Following a mishap with a magical fish, Pewfell accidentally summons Baa-Lan the Bovid, demon lord of sheep, who promptly takes a fancy to Pewfell's annoying tenant Gnoma. Pewfell is a humorous comic book series set in an epic fantasy world. It stars inept wizard Pewfell who lives in the fabulous city of Spirekassle. He's married to Tina the Warrior Princess and is landlord to a small blue gnome who hates him. Pewfell is written, illustrated and published by Chuck Whelon, with additional material by co-writer Adam Prosser. Pewfell contains occasional mild sexual situations, nudity, magical component abuse, gambling, and general anarchy, so is only for readers aged 17 and up. In this fifth issue, we depart from the short-story format and move on to a more epic story arc. This book is the first in the second volume of Pewfell's saga, entitled: "For the Love of Hornbag". You'll notice that the artwork and storytelling really settle into a more consistent style from this point on. Plus I think it gets funnier too! Great jumping-in point for new readers!
