This is a short story about the life of Patrick Mesh, a preacher's son. Ironically for a bishop's child,his upbringing was somewhat wanting. His busy bishop mother had little if any time for him. He inevitably went rogue. His dark character does note embody the righteous living expected of a preacher's offspring. The story demonstrates vividly the negative effects of bad parenting.
