Ox

Ox thinks differently than the rest of us. He has only the most rudimentary language skills, so everyone thinks he's developmentally delayed. Everyone is wrong. He can solve almost any problem when he makes a mental diagram. When he meets a lawyer, he insists on helping her prove that her client is innocent of murder. To the distress of her boss and her investigator, she comes to rely on Ox's insights, even when the trial is looming and his insights seem to be leading her far from the crime she's investigating.
